Dunkin' - Lowell

I visited the place with my little kids, while leaving the place the workers started using F words.So disrespectful

I took a break during my 5-hour road trip to Maine and stopped at a Dunkin' for some coffee. After driving 1,800 miles, I was hoping for a quick and simple experience, but it turned out to be quite chaotic!

No warning who is the night shift, but the women have connected us with the speck on our sandwiches and the coffee is spectacular, although it is probably old espresso. I wish I tipped these wonderful ladies! will definitely come back! we were confused about certain menu items, but she was happy to help! 10 stars in the night shift on 09/02/22!

Remodel looks beautiful, cosmetics more than necessary. the orders are still in the right but expected

I think this is one of the best stores in the chain. The employees are extremely friendly and competent. Service is quick, and seems to be very well staffed all the time. I will go out of my way to go to this store.
