The Galley - Lowestoft

We stopped by right before closing time, but the staff welcomed us warmly. The haddock and chips were delightful, as was the scampi and chips. The team was extremely friendly, and the decor was nice and clean. It was wonderful to enjoy our meal while watching the waves crash onto the beach.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant as a large family group with members of all ages. We were warmly welcomed, and the food was delicious and freshly prepared. We visited at the start of our holiday and loved it so much that we had to return again!

The service was friendly, the place was very clean, the food was delicious, and the views of the sea were fantastic. I would definitely come back again!

Walked into the restaurant as son was cold. Opted for the 2 sausage and chips £6, thinking we would get a few chips and sausages on our plate. Was shocked at the amount we were served, chips were served in a metal server, with the sausages on top. It had a salad garnish and also mushy peas in a small bucket server. We'll definitely be back on a beach trip

Staff were lovely and we received our order quickly. the chips were very tasty and reasonably priced, definitely some of the best i've had! will definitely return when back on holiday
