Always excellent, whether at lunch with the executive menu or at dinner à la carte. Moreover, Luís improvises dishes upon request... whole grilled fish and everything.
At Bico do Sapato, the food is Portuguese, homemade, and delicious, and the service is good and fast. I highly recommend the shrimp açorda, there's nothing better!
