Changkham Bakery - Luang Prabang

My favorite restaurant in Luang Prabang, second day in a row here, the hamburger was great, and today the pork stable was very good, food price starts in the 30000, the place is very nice looks expensive from outside, but the prices are good, chic restaurant treatment from the servers, you know what they do

We've been seeing this place everyday and decided to finally try it on our last night on our first leg at Luang Prabang. Pizza was good and we also had a slice of pandan cake. Place is spacious and location is right at the heart of LP next to the Postal Office. Staff are super kind and nice. Wouldn't mind coming back to try out other dishes next time.

The coconut cake here was sublimely delicious. Returned here to eat dinner a few days later and though it was well-prepared, the flavours weren't anything to write home about. Totally worth a visit for that cake though... omnomnomnom...

Great food, fair prices, and very clean. They gave local dishes, Italian dishes like pasta and pizza, and fresh baked bread. Dishes are $4, burgers about $5.50, and beer at $2.
