Chicken Express - Lubbock

It's 2022. Mandates removed, yet Chicken Express does not allow any immersion. The excuse on the drive-dru window reads some political shoots to not be able to hire people. Currently, children are looking for jobs in whole Lubbock. The line literally takes 25 minutes or more to get through. Model of inefficiency here, this type of boggles the mind. And NOT STILL with the secondary track!!!

I came to this Chicken Express thinking I'm going to get some chicken that's going to just melt in your mouth well I ended up getting a dry chicken with nothing but breading on it it was like 2% chicken and 98% breading. I called the manager to tell him about it and he wanted me to bring back the meal after I already got home which is 20 minutes away from this place and all he could say was well we can't do nothing unless you bring back that meal that is so rude and inconvenient. I would never come to this Chicken Express again

Why is the dining room not open? And why is the wait 30 plus minutes. This place has gone downhill since covid. Management is the issue obviously. So this past Saturday (6/18/22), we decided to give this place another shot. On our last few visits the wait was terrible and the order was wrong. Well we made the wrong decision and we?re stuck in the drive through for a good 30 minutes. We didn?t even get a chance to order?. The only way we were able to get out was a car in front of us decided to bail and about 3 other cars did the same. This place has gone downhill, like at a free fall rate. Food is decent, the wait and attitude from the workers is terrible. The franchise owner needs to can the managers and start from scratch.

Food is good, but not worth the new price. Especially when the line is a minimum 20 minute wait (I?ve been multiple times in the past few weeks). Every other fried chicken place moves the entire line in 10 minutes. Plus, I don?t buy their signs about still being unable to find enough help. That?s usually a sign that they don?t pay their employees as much as everyone else. Which is obvious, because I have to correct my drink every single time I go. Not sweet tea. Regular tea. Unsweet. I?ve tried all these options and every time they try to give me a sweet tea. I don?t have any of these problems at Chik-fil-a or Slims. I hope y?all learn from them someday. Update: After discovering they charge extra for using cards, I will no longer come to this chicken express.

I waited about 25 minutes in line just to receive old tiny tenders. Not only did they look and feel like they were made hours ago, i didn?t even receive the correct amount that i ordered. If you?re going to a chicken express i don?t recommend this specific location. You don?t get what you pay for!
