I had the most terrible experience with this place. My children ordered some food for dinner and the driver was lost (his words) they remade the pizza and went to deliver it again and could 't find the right house again driver words, so at the end of the night their order was never delivered. The next morning I called and spoke to an employee who claimed to be a manager under the name Summer, who told me that she couldn't find our order when my card was charged, and even if she found it after looking out, she said she couldn't do anything about the situation because she wasn't sure who my children were talking to. After that, she offered to make a new order and deliver it, and I informed them that we no longer needed the order. I just want a refund, she said I could get a refund and the night manager who handed over the deliveries at night before would reimburse if I had all the same information. I talked to the night leader Cody, who didn't have the time to solve my situation, at the moment when I told him that I waited long enough to solve this situation, he told me that he didn't give me a refund because she did and went to deliver our order twice, even if the driver couldn't do the address he said, it's our problem that he didn't want to do anything about it. Why was not the situation solved before they closed the whole situation is simply exciting. I don't recommend going to this place.

If I could give a place 0, I would. The driver marked my pizza as it was delivered in an accident, and after several calls they gave us the run around and after them they visited the delivery and Noone answered. when my door was open and I also have cameras around my home and NOONE ever showed up or even drove from my home.

Manager Cody should not be a manager. They charged my card and I never received my order. Called to resolve issue and simply said he wouldn’t do a refund that it’s not his fault we didn’t get the order. Had an attitude and hung up on us
