Heff's Burgers - Lubbock

Heff’s here in Lubbock is always so good! I get the El Hefe with grilled chicken and it’s the best! Customer service is always wonderful and accommodating! I want to give a shout out to Kendra who went the extra mile and came to my table just to refill my drink! Great job guys! You rock!

I ordered the half pound Wagon BBQ Burger through drive thru and it was delicious. The burger itself has a BBQ sauce on bottom, pickles, the patty, onion rings, and cheese. The lady at the window was super friendly. Had to wait a bit but I think it's made to order, either way, worth it. Price wise: we ordered 2 quarter pound burgers and 2 half pound burgers (just the burgers) and it totalled out to 30 bucks, so take that as you want. Will definitely be back to try out the other burger options

The burgers were good, despite one of the buns being so old it was stale and dry on one side. The grilled chicken sandwich was disgusting. It was rubbery, and it looked and tasted like it went from frozen to the microwave before it ended up on my bun. I have been hungry enough to eat some fairly questionable things, but I couldnt bring myself to take more than one bite of that grilled chicken. The fries are real good.

Sorry to hear about Jason, I hope to see more of these around the globe! I only give this 4 stars because it's not a perfect burger but it's an incredible product and experience. For 2-4 bucks more than Burger King or a sub-par fast food meal this is fresh never frozen, cheerful attentive staff, and impeccably kept common areas.

First visit. I really enjoyed my meal. Mushroom and Swiss burgers were great. Well seasoned and fresh. Good frits and onion rings too.
