Mcdonald's - Lubbock

I enjoy visiting this McDonald's because the staff here is much friendlier compared to other locations. I often place a customized order and they never make me feel like it's a burden, unlike other stores. Additionally, my order is frequently ready by the time I reach the pickup window.

I have to admit that even though the staff mostly consists of younger teenagers, they appear to be very efficient and provide fast and professional service. I visit this restaurant at least three or four times a month and have never had any issues. The staff is great, the management is excellent, and the food is worth every penny. I give it four stars for its layout and drive-thru efficiency.

I used the app to order, parked on the curbside, and within 3 minutes of pressing the button, my food was delivered to my door. The drive-thru line was busy, but I was able to quickly grab my food and leave. I had a great experience.
