Bidra med feedbackEVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER HERE, THEY MAKE IT WRONG!I ORDEREDCHOW MEINKUNG PAO CHICKEN &BROCCOLI BEEFWELL THEY PUT ORANGE CHICKEN, AND I HATE ORANGE CHICKEN.ALSO THEY NO LONGER GIVE A PURCHASE RECEIPT, MAKING A RETURN WORSTPLEASE PANDA EXPRESS, RE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES.
I went through the drive thru at 15 min to closing and was informed they had no rice or noodles and limited meats and sides. Just close if you can't serve your menu. Fried rice is about as cheap as it comes to make. May be my last trip to Panda Express.
I am sad to say that my experience here comes at 9:25 when they close at 10:00 was a disappointment. I noticed they were completely mine from Chow and the steam was completely dried. I asked if they could make a small part of Chow mine for me. The leadership told me no because she was there where food cost and that if I did the steamer instead. I asked again how late they close and she said 10:00. I said, okay and went without ordering food, as I had a family raised and I told them that they won't order any food they won't make anymore because they want to lower food costs. So they said thank you and drove away. Now I imagined the order I had and the family of four I think they lost more profit just because the girl was so worried about food costs. I only speak this truth because I worked 11 years ago for this restaurant and when a customer walked in 5 minutes to close, they made us independent if it was just a panda dish or an order for 100 people. I hope this message reaches the RCO of this district because they would be disappointed by the customer service.
This facility was a great, fast place to get food until about a month ago. I sat for almost an hour when I last went and decided to try again today because it was 430 in the afternoon and could not be so busy. Low and behold, they are still so slow and have secured a line because they cannot be “fast food” never again eating here.
I visited this place, and I decided last night. All in Lubbock wanted Pandas, the car drive thru went around the parking lot caused traffic, so I went in. Wanted all day Beijing beef, the lines long, but in the patient. I watch the workers, and first I am impressed, they are pampered, but offer great service. And great portions of food. As polite, and even people help to order the family food to save them some money, which led the line to slow down, no problem, in everything about saving a dollar and appreciated to see that. About 4 people before me, I heard that the man asked for Beijing beef, they said 10 minutes. Well, when I came to the front, well 15 minutes had passed, I asked how much longer they said for Beijing beef. Ten minutes. Okay, whatever. I choose something else. After waiting all the time, you would think that food would be worth waiting. It wasn't, and this visit was the last chance. Food has been subpar for years, bland roasted rice and chow my, no taste at all! and management chooses and chooses who serves them well and who does not. I wish I took pictures of the portion sizes because they were laughing. After I was impressed by the management, I was unimpressed when I heard that the customer asked about the price before me, she said that she did not want to get into trouble to not order her the forty cents extra for what she ordered. Will not be back and not sad about it.
