Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

My boyfriend and I visited Cane's tonight, and as usual, it was quite busy. When it was time to pay, I handed the cashier the bills and mentioned that I had a penny to add, but he ignored me. My boyfriend then mentioned that he didn’t want 99 cents in change, but he was also ignored. We were offered ketchup but never received any. While the food was great and fresh, being ignored by the staff was not a pleasant experience.

The staff seems to rush through everything and almost toss your food at you. They wouldn’t even take a moment to give a treat to my sweet dog when we asked. An update: it's been a month since then, and during my last three visits for a chicken box, I received soggy strips all the same small size. And yes, every strip in the box was the same size. They still refused to give my dog a treat.

I unfortunately had a bad experience at this restaurant, and I hope others don't have to go through it. The cashier entered an order that was not what I intended to request. While I acknowledge that I should have been more specific about what I wanted, they could have clarified before processing the payment. As a result, I ended up paying more than the original price since the order was billed item by item. To make matters worse, even though they recognized that a mistake had been made, they didn't prioritize my second order, and my food ended up getting cold. I would advise future customers to be extremely clear when placing their orders; otherwise, you may end up paying more and waiting longer, regardless of whether you already have part of your order.

I like coming here. Good chicken fast and friendly service. Makes a huge difference then when you get someone who you can tell absolutely does not want to be at their job. Keep up the good work!

Did you know you can get extra crispy fries or extra crispy chicken, even butter on both sides of bread. This location was efficient, fast and the guy up front smiled! Was nice.
