We attended the cooking classes conducted by the chef of the restaurant and had a dinner in the restaurant too. The restaurant setting is simple giving it an unpretentious atmosphere and relaxing feel. The service staffs are friendly and helpful. The carbonara pasta is delicious. The serving is very generous and we have to resist from over eating to keep our stomach for the main. The filetto alla Puccini with juniper berries and truffles is great too. We have the dessert recommended by the waitress and it is wonderful to end the meal with an espresso. This is definitely one of our better dinners in Tuscany.
I attended Chef Paolo's cooking school here, so I had several meals in the restaurant. The staff is very helpful, and the food is amazing. Highly recommend.
Restaurant quite spartano, with a beautiful grill located at the entrance oato to cook different meat dishes. the service is sufficient, without too many pretenses. a commensale eaten alone the first, 10-15 minutes later came the second for the other commensali (this is not good, but maybe it was an isolated error). recommended meat, good red wine of the house. Sweet 90's style not made in the house, I wouldn't take them back.
Authentic wonder a place to be preserved in its authenticity, for the flavors and also the excellent prices the menu of the sea, even if the Tyrrhenian is not really good near!
