Subway - Lucerne

Lunch at this restaurant was a pleasant experience overall. The food was rated as a 4 out of 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere also a 3.

I tried to call this restaurant 10 times, but no one ever answered the phone. It's not even a busy location. Additionally, they always seem to be out of certain items.

The restaurant never answers the phone. I tried to call ahead to see if they had the bread I wanted before making the trip. I called from the parking lot and saw the staff ignoring the ringing phone, while I could hear it inside. This has happened every time I've tried to call. The hero bread is never thawed out when I get there and the last 5 times I went (unable to call ahead because they never answer), I left empty-handed because I couldn't order a sandwich. What's the point of having the bread if it's not ready to use? I think I'll try a different restaurant in Lakeport, as the times they did have the bread, my sandwich was sloppy and the veggies looked old.

Bad customer experience. Was like worker was sick. Will never stop in again.

The last two times that I have been to the Lucerne location the service has been really slow. Today when I went in there it didn't appear that the counter was ready. There was hardly any vegetables ready and the young lady working was very slow. The store itself needed attention. I go to this location frequently so I am very disappointed.
