The hospitality and friendliness of Aurelia is unique, as its jam of pepper to be combined with cheeses..a delight. Great first homemade.. I still dream of pasta and beans. Meat is also very good. Then eating in front of the fireplace makes you feel like home. I'll be back soon to taste more delicacies cooked by Aurelia.

We were passing through Lucignano and looking for a local cuisine restaurant. Dissolving among the various names we have identified the sins of Gola . The photos of the other reviews had sufficiently convinced us and we decided to try. Never choice was wiser! The place is located inside the city center, a few steps walk through the fantastic streets and you will find it. The rustic but well-kept interiors, only to take a step felt almost smell and taste of home. We were greeted with open arms and arranged. The time to start studying the menu that the very kind owner has begun to charm the dishes of the day. We've been tempted by everything! A nice cutter of cured meats and cheeses with homemade jams, a soup of beans, a pappardella with duck ragù and then a 'snake duck with potatoes! Wine of the house, always as suggested and then homemade cantucci to conclude with holy wine. We couldn't have asked for better! Each dish was a taste of home and feels all the love that is put in the preparation of the dishes. Attention to the customer, kindness and excellent flavors. We add that the price was absolutely super honest! My partner and I will definitely return there to eat by breaking the trip to half Italy to taste the other goodness proposed. Congratulations again!

We stayed last week, Mrs Aurelia made us feel at home and we started with delicious crostinis, to follow we prepared some excellent pappardelle with duck sauce and a steak seasoned with Siena's lard... a delicacy. We ended up with the inevitable cantuccini and vin santo. Aurelia is of a unique sympathy and frankness and made us feel like family. Thanks Aurelia and see you soon.
