4 stars for the waiter who runs everywhere with his colleague who is going to leave but none for the so-called sommelier who has gone brewing from the wind does nothing and helps no one while his colleagues run everywhere. Moreover this young man has offered us wine that he has not even come to serve us, again it is his very kind colleague who works there all the time that served us. Besides, this young sommelier is being pretended to be the boss he's not! And arrogance... I'm not coming back until he's here. The kitchen is excellent but the quantities are too small without being in excess of course but 4 vegetables in the plate...
A pleasant meal with good cuisine and a good selection of wines.
No liquorous wine, no aperitif or accompaniment to the foie gras. No wine map and the obligation to go around the tables to choose a bottle (very unpleasant experience is it called the cellar?? Despite a great professionalism of the 2 people (instead of 4 who manages the room one feels a tension and a quality of the evening not at the rendezvous (hot entrance, vegetable filling too small in quantity, almost transparent piece of cheese indicating a supply under dimensioned . I advise staff to look for another institution worthy of their service (as the rest of the team has already done. In short I will delete this address from my notebook even though overall food remains of good quality.
Very good dish. Excellent service. Don't hesitate it's a good address.
