Gonzo’s Smokehouse Bbq - Luling

Coming from Memphis I?ve always been a fan of good BBQ I?m also always skeptical of any BBQ that?s not from there. I can confidently say that this is the best I have ever had. Burnt ends were juicy and flavorful. Brisket was moist and just fell apart in your mouth. Even the complimentary pickled onions were tasty. Can?t wait to come back to try more. 10/10 from this Memphis boy.

Hands down best BBQ I?ve ever had. Gonzo?s never disappoints. From our take home meals, and frozen items to a catered event or a pop up event, I can?t say enough about how great the food is. Give it a try. You won?t regret it.

Some of the best BBQ around!! They also have jalapeño and cheddar sausage I bought frozen that was spectacular. First time going had to wait in line 30+ minutes it?s first come first serve once they run out they?re out. So try to get their early it?s 100% worth the wait!! The entire staff was extremely friendly and you can tell the owner is extremely passionate about his BBQ!! Sad to see these guys get a negative review because they ran out of food. I believe you can pre-order the food here to prevent that from happening to you. Good for them for selling out weekly that just shows they have some awesome food!!

Hands down the best BBQ this side of the Mississippi (if you?re lucky enough to to get some)! This is a must visit if you?re in the area.

We had a catered lunch at work and we were all blown away at how good this food was. We will definitely use Gonzos again. And the bread pudding. Oh my word!!! If there were more stars to give, I surely would.
