Cracker Barrel - Lumberton

The driver was incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delightful.

The Sunday Homestyle Chicken was cooked to perfection! It was crispy, juicy, and tender without being greasy. The potatoes were a bit firm and could have used more gravy. The okra was crispy, hot, and not soggy at all. The carrots were delightful, but the green beans had a canned taste. It would be great to have an option for a side of gravy!

The steak was perfectly cooked but lacked flavor. The dumplings were dry. However, the turnip greens were fantastic. The salad was likely the highlight of the meal. If you order a salad, be sure to ask them to leave off the croutons, as they were quite stale.

My food was terrible and cold like old like stiff potatoes and with cold gravy.. this the 2nd time Ive ordered from here and it was a waste of my money and its costly.

When we arrived, the restaurant was packed, but we only had to wait twenty minutes. Once seated, we were able to place our order, and our food arrived hot and just as we expected. The waitstaff was attentive and made sure our drinks were always filled. Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to the great team!
