Subway - LUTHERVILLE TIMONIUM

3 stars because the sandwich was good. But the staff wasn?t welcoming. We weren?t greeted at the door. And the older Indian lady was rude, didn?t give me time to look at the menu. She threw my sandwich down. And then when older male was checking me out, shestood there giving me dirty looks. Staff needs to be nicer. If you don?t like your job get a new one. I?m just saying.

I get lunch here at least once a week. Everything is always fresh. The app makes ordering and pickup a breeze.

This is one of my favorite spots while I'm at work. I'm always greeted with a smile, that's how my day goes. The food is always fresh to order exactly. If they can offer you a deal you don't know, they will bring it to your attention. This is a great location.

Fast, friendly, fresh food. only complaint is that they NEVER have ketchup. I go hear, maybe, once per month if not more. each time i've gone since i moved to the area in OCT 2015, they have not once had ketchup. sometimes there are packets but most of the time there is NO ketchup. that said, these people are so wonderful and efficient that i CANNOT take off a star for a missing condiment. i'll keep going here for quite some time.
