Bidra med feedbackI ordered through Deliveroo and my order arrived on time, which was great. However, the two £9.58 footlongs that I received were not worth the price. I am currently debating whether to finish it as it mostly tastes like bread. The portion of salad was extremely small, almost laughable. It seems like the staff are skimping on the salad as if they are paying for it themselves. The portions were very disappointing. Additionally, they forgot to include tomatoes and mayonnaise. Can they even read?
I have ordered from this Subway location multiple times, and each time an item is missing from my order. The service is consistently poor. Instead of trying to correct their mistakes, they simply suggest getting a refund from Uber Eats. The customer service is disgraceful. If the employees are too preoccupied with their phones to accurately read a simple order, they should find a different job.
The atmosphere is pleasant, but the service is extremely lacking. Have you noticed how few veggies they put in the sub? It should be packed with vegetables, but I can hardly see them in my sandwich. Why the sudden decrease? I typically enjoy Subway, but the staff at this location is awful. Very disappointed! I will not be returning here again.
Made a late visit to Subway, but got a friendly welcome from the chap. Have a bit of a thing about foods I don't eat being close to foods I don't, but he was very H&S conscious and, while waiting for the patties for my wraps to cook, he changed his gloves to make subs for another customer. Only thing was, he said we could only have takeaway, not eat in, but still well impressed that even though we visited close to 10pm, the wrap was fresh and tasty. Will be eating there again.
The girl staff member (quite young) was extremely rude, she had a bad attitude which made me feel uncomfortable so I just had to walk out. Won’t go back again, which is a shame as I love subway
