Fresco Pizza - Lutz

We came here about three years ago. You make a great pizza and it is definitely one of the better places I have eaten in the Tampa Bay area. You seem pretty good to do for yourself, as there is often a line / wait in the evenings. Remember that they are closed on Mondays, like most pizza places. I took a star because, although her pizza is good (I often order either simply or her pizza fresca in the personal sizes), some other things we sometimes order like the chicken parm sub and the meatball sub were inconsistent. Most of the time it is good, but there were a few times where the chicken or meatballs have been a little away. It seems hit or miss and not sure why. You are still worth a visit if you are looking for a good pizza from other than your typical chain restaurants.

We ordered the Pizza Italiana pie....OMG! AMAZING! We subbed out the fresh tomatoes for mushrooms....Delicioso!!!! A MUST try!! The Antipasto Mania salad was pretty good as well. A little pricey for what we got. We also ordered the Chicken Parm hot sub. Came to the table luke warm and the cheese was not completely melted. I wasn't crazy about their marinara. I'm Italian and know a good marinara sauce. Fresco's sauce needs a little TLC. I will definitely be going back for the white pizzas!! The marinara sauce is my reason for only giving 4 stars.

Love this pizza! We tried some of the specialty and regular pizzas. Love the thin crust and sauces. I also love her salad, it's big enough for 3-4 people.

Guys, coming from Toronto which had decent pizza, then Buffalo Ny for 3 years I was spoiled with the best pizza in America. Moving to Tampa the pizza is either chain our terrible. Not had NJ pizza put what you are making is amazing. Thin great crust, lots of cheese excellent. Found my spot. Thanks

I had the lasagna, which was served with a side salad and breadsticks. The breadsticks were a bit hard and not as enjoyable; I'm not sure if that was just an off day. However, the meat lasagna was fantastic, and the salad was great as well. It was quite busy on Friday night, and my call took about 20 minutes to get through. I would definitely come back here again.
