Best tea spot in Tampa. The atmosphere is amazing, the service is spectacular, and I have never had such amazing scones. Everything is spectacular, I wish I could go every day.

I never promised you a tea garden. Or was it a rose garden? Initially, the garden tea room by Frau Tea is a beautiful place, and in the past, the food and service were excellent, surpassing many other similar tea rooms or gardens. Flbirdy (1 review) mentioned something I’d like to discuss. Reservations do not influence the quality of service. They are separate from each other and completely independent. If you have a reservation but the place is empty, what difference does it make? What impact should the reservation have? You would like to be seated since there are open tables, but that’s not the server’s fault; it’s on you as the customer. Don’t you think you’re mixing up two different issues here? This is the usual procedure, I would say. Yes, the food is quite good, and if your quiche wasn’t to your liking, did you ask to have it fixed? The way they serve the quiche aligns with their recipe standards. This isn’t home, where you can make it however you like, nor is it your mother’s kitchen, where you have it just the way you want. Quiches are typically a bit delicate; it’s like a soft egg dish, and they may be runny or oozy. If you put it in a hot skillet for a while, it will probably come out nice and solid with a crispy texture. In today’s world, with the mentality that smaller is better, guess what? You’re contributing to that thinking.

I absolutely love this place! I tried it once with a group and once on my own, and the service was consistently excellent both times. The food is amazing, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I genuinely believe it's one of the best restaurants in Tampa. My friend and her husband enjoyed it just as much!

I had an amazing experience at Mrs. Tea! The food is outstanding and incredibly fresh. The mother-daughter duo who run the place are not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the teas they offer and how to serve them. While it may not have the same level of elegance as Harrods' tea room, I would put the quality and taste of the food up against any upscale tea room. I brought my mother along, and she enjoyed it just as much. The atmosphere is perfect for enjoying a lovely tea and having great conversations.
