La Terrazza - Luzern

The staff is so friendly and the food is amazing! You’d get the best pictures at the outdoor seating where you’d be right by the Lacerne lake, with the best views all around the lake and of Lacerne’s famous chapel bridge and water tower! Inside you’d get a romantic ambiance within one of Lacerne’s old town buildings. Definitely make a stop at La Terrazza!

Service is great, the staff is very professional, and the view is amazing. We had an issue with one of the meals we asked for, the brought the wrong one, but they fixed it quickly, I have no complains about that. Overall it is a great choice to have a meal and spend a good time. I also must say they are pricey, but the food make it up to the standards.

I was in this restaurant some time ago. At that time I was relatively satisfied and the food was good. But on my last visit I was extremely disappointed. I paid 110 francs for 3 pizzas and 3 drinks. A 30cl Cola costs 7 francs. And a pizza costs 30 Fr. The dough was extremely thin and they didn't have the ingredients for the pizza I ordered. The service was rather unfriendly. The only good thing is the beautiful view, but it's of no use to me if the food doesn't taste good.

Worst service ever. Don't waste your money here. There are many better options around. Service took more than an hour for a pizza. The pasta has not taste.

It was very disappointing, the food wasn't that good, there was no more coffee at the end because they had already switched off the machine!! Can't recommend it.
