Had dinner at this restaurant today) Not the first visit) The establishment is generally excellent, the staff is very friendly) The service is excellent the waiter is excellent, no complaints) Everything was delicious, except the duck) The duck was quite dry and left some unpleasant aftertaste) We ate 10% of this dish, said that we were not satisfied with the taste, took it away (at our request, because it was bad, we did not want to eat it), but we still paid the full price for it) I consider this not very customer oriented on the part of the establishment, because we did not eat this dish and did not even take it away) Left an unpleasant impression)
