Chick-fil-a - Lynchburg

Chick-fil-A is always a pleasure. The staff are super courteous and the food is always terrific! Hence the reason for a full restaurant and two lines full of folks ordering.

Ordered through door dash, and well either they ran outta fries or someone got hungry before I got them cause I had 1 whole fry and a few pieces in my box when I got it.

I love chick felt a! I always get excellent food, excellent customer service and the order is always correct. I wish all food places would work like chick fil a does. I could eat the Cobb salad every day of my life.

A big shout out to Wards Road Chick fil A Today and Manager Russ! Went thru the drive thru ordered two sandwiches got back to my office only had one. I called asked if they could bring the missing sandwich to my office, he said I will get it to you. I thanked him and of course he said My Pleasure . Even thou they stay backed up and busy, he made it happen so I didn't miss having lunch today. Not only that he added two warm chocolate chip cookies to the bag that was delivered with missing sandwich! That is taking care of the customer, just wanted to show my appreciate with a 5 star review for 5 Star service today! Many Thanks!

This Chick Fil A is your typical CFA so you should know what to expect. Fast, friendly service and great food. We stop at this location every time we're heading up 29 to Richmond.
