Mr Hero - Lyndhurst

I just came in today around 2:30pm (5/29/24) and everything was fine until I took a bite of my 6’ Roman burger and something was off. I took another bite and it was still a weird off putting taste on the sandwich. I took the sandwich apart and checked each ingredient separately and the lettuce had a very disgusting smell and taste to it. Usually I never have a problem at any Mr. Hero franchise but this was a first. I don’t feel confident going back to this location and I more than likely won’t.

Didn't care for my cheesesteak sandwich from this location. Even tho I ordered everything on it, the sandwich had no flavor. I had to doctor it up at home. Also, I ordered a large received 2 meds...guess they were out of buns??

The sandwich was ok but they will give you cold no good fries that look like they were from yesterday.

Surprisingly pleased. Came in for healthyish lunch. Only choice was grilled chicken on pita. The pita was warm, grilled chicken tasty and sandwich

Credit card machine down on lunch hour 12/27/2022 that’s not the worst of it- the cooks back there we’re moving so slow. Meaning even if I had cash, I wouldn’t be able to eat it within my lunchtime break. Who carries cash anyway anymore? Plus, this is “fast” food. You need to be fast! It didn’t look like they were moving at a fast pace in the kitchen at Mr Hero.
