Bidra med feedbackI placed an order on the app. I arrived at the store early for pick up so when I checked the app to see if food was ready the app stated that my order had been canceled but the money was already taken from my bank. The manager on duty had left the store to go to another location. I waited inside the store for 45mins until the manager came back because the workers in the store were unable to help me with my situation. The manager very rudely told me that I needed to contact subway about the situation. I explained that I was not wanting a refund but just would like the food to be made that I had ordered. She stated that she could not unless I paid for the food again. Eventho I could show proof that the money had been taken from my account. I let her know that I would be contacting corporate about the situation and the fact that she was not in the store for over an hour. She stated she did not care because they wouldn't do anything to her. Very very unprofessional! I will not be back, tho she may not care!
Sat in front of the drive thru speaker saying Hello? periodically for about 15 minutes with no response.
The individual working wasn 't nice just had an attitude, when I asked for an item added but requested a new batch he replied, its the same. Even a new one I asked again he said yes like he meant yes because I 'm going in the back to get it fresh. The cheese wasn 't melted at all on oven toasted. Just another bad experience with subway again.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service and food here is the absolute worst. I’ve tried this location a couple times and it hasn’t remotely gotten better. I recently ordered a sandwich and a cookie in the app to be delivered from here and not only was my sandwich prepared wrong, my cookie was missing. The only explanation I was given was that they were out of the bread I wanted. I completely understand not having all the ingredients, that’s totally understandable. What’s not is why they couldn’t contact me to let me know or cancel my order. I’m ANGRY about how it was handled, I only eat subway for the Italian herbs and cheese bread and to be sent a sandwich that didn’t have that with no heads up was awful. I’m also still waiting to hear anything back about having the issue solved.
Probably the most wonderful experience I’ve ever received at any subway. Both employees making sandwich were upbeat, kind, and personable. They both went above and beyond and made amazing sandwiches.
