Col'cacchio

The service is now very good, I go there once a week and apparently there is a new owner. The pizza had too much tomato and too little cheese. The previous owner always came and greeted us and asked us if everything was OK. I don't even know what the new owner looks like.

I am down grade this 4 stars to 2 stars. Reason be, Col'Cacchio got lovely hart warm homey food. So yesterday I received a email stating 2 for one and I can use Mr Delivery and or UberEats. So last night I became very peckish and decided let me order my favorite pizza's only to discover Col'Cacchio is not even on Mr Delivery or UberEats. This is very poor service, we you send out marketing please make sure you can deliver on your promises. Because if you can't it is only lies and false advertisement.

They were flexible and accommodating, but the pizza just wasn't as good as it usually is. Staff were friendly.

Standard Col'Cacchio experience Good food, pizza, pasta or salads well made. This industry has consistently maintained the standards. It is a pity that it is so small and can lead to disappointment when you try to go with a group or a long wait. Not really had the same waiting problem on other branches, but above all because they are bigger. Besides the size of the shop, a nice choice for high quality pizza with consistent quality.

The staff are very welcoming, but the coronavirus regulations seem to hinder this chain. It's unfortunate that dirty tablecloths were just covered with brown paper instead of being cleaned. The limited menu is still quite diverse, although my pizza felt more like it had been preserved than made with fresh toppings. It's also disappointing that gnocchi has been overshadowed by other pasta options. The beverage selection could use some improvement, especially considering the restrictions on alcohol. Hopefully, they will continue to innovate and bring diners back.
