Subway - Lynwood

Stopped by today n the manager.was supper rude today. She refused to give us her name. Did not process our order as requested. We work down the block n if she going to be there we will not be going back. Total lack of respect towards customers. Very rude. Other employees were afraid to give us her name n when asked she stated she would not give us her name n she was not wearing a name tag. Totally advise againt going thier. Not worth the headache.

Placed order online and went to pick up when I got home opened the sandwiches and one they were all wrong and two there was a knife in one of them. When taken back they were out of bread and they can only replace them with flat bread

People who handle food are supposed to protect their hair to avoid the risk of hair falling into food, they wear long hair without protection so it is more likely to find hair in food

Ordered on the Subway app for delivery. Received my order and the sandwiches were horrible. My bread was hard as hell. Hardly any lettuce missing the banana peppers. And m daughters the same way. I called to speak to the manager and she was rude as hell. Telling me that I was wrong and that she made them. She then put me on hold for 10 min. An came back saying they wouldn't do anything for me. And t hat I needed to contact door dash. Even though it was again. Purchased on the Subway app! She was very rude even started arguing with me. Horrible customer service! And pure laziness on making the sandwiches just so they don't have to refill as much! Owner of this establishment needs to really rethink who he or she has working for them!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff. The worker was not only unprofessional but also tossed my food around, which was quite off-putting. Despite my attempts to be polite, she seemed to react negatively. She messed up my order even after I repeated it three times, and then got frustrated with me for her mistake. I definitely recommend avoiding this place to save yourself some time and hassle.
