The chilaquiles are among the best dishes on the menu. I ordered the red ones and found them to be saucy and crunchy, with a bit of a spicy kick. They also don't hold back on the portions!

The food is delicious, and the customer service is usually great, except for one employee. I believe her name is Ana; she has several piercings and some tattoos and works the morning or afternoon shift. I visited on June 3, 2022, at 1:45 PM and placed a phone order. When we arrived to pick it up, she mistakenly gave us someone else's food and charged us for it. She was quite rude when we tried to explain the mix-up. Her behavior was very unprofessional—she was speaking with her hands, rolling her eyes, and had a terrible attitude. She even claimed not to know the supervisor's name. Overall, very disappointing.

Fries were cooked to perfection. Burgers were juicy, and they were not stingy with extra thousand island sauce. GREAT customer service. Ordered the family pack with 4 burgers, 4 fries, and 4 drinks for $37.
