The Shack Kailua - M C B H Kaneohe Bay

We were told to seat anywhere we liked. Service was fast. Food was delicious and also fast. Everybody was super nice and even said goodbyes more than once. I recommend this place.

Not very aloha vibes at all. Veeeery slow and slightly unwelcoming staff.

Fun atmosphere, definitely an island vibe. Lots of TVs if you are into that. Outside seating available.Food was on the pricy side considering we weren't anywhere close to water (or a view for that matter), but the burger (island burger) was big and delicious and we did get A LOT of fries. My wife had the Pastrami Rube Sandwich and claimed it was one of the best.Great draft beer selection.Staff was super friendly. Our waitress was pulling a double shift because someone called in sick, yet she was still friendly.Mahalo!

We have been at The Shack Mililani and we assumed it’d be the same food. We were wrong. The chicken wings were different, they wouldn’t allow us to put bbq sauce on the wings, but they’d allow us to order it for chicken tenders.The French fries are not the same, the burgers are not the same. How can a restaurant with the same name be so different?Parking was awful, we have a family of six and only have 4 top tables and we were told we can’t move tables or chairs.

A thoroughly disappointing restaurant with mediocre food and high prices. Even in Hawaii this place is much more expensive than it deserves. Burgers are far too large to be eaten without silverware and the plates they serve on are plastic baskets with paper inserts, woefully inadequate space to deal with the absurdly large portions served.The staff is weird, there’s not much better a way to describe it. Fake energy and an uncomfortable demeanor.Would not recommend.
