Burger King - Mableton

I really enjoy Burger King! While their customer service isn't always perfect, it's usually pretty quiet. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 is because they often don't allow substitutions, their shakes are rarely available, and they always seem to be out of at least one item I want. Last time, it was ketchup, which is a crucial part of my enjoyment when eating fries.

I spent a long time trying to order an Impossible Whopper through the app earlier this evening, but it just wouldn’t work. I kept trying throughout the night. Eventually, I went to the restaurant and explained the situation, showing them that I had money in my account, but the app was unresponsive. They instructed me to wait in the drive-thru. I patiently waited outside as the restaurant was quite busy. A staff member came out to assist me, but unfortunately, he wasn’t able to resolve the issue. However, a male employee, who I believe was the manager, came out, spoke kindly to me, and generously offered me the Impossible Whopper I wanted. I was overwhelmed with joy because I had really wanted it. I didn’t expect such kindness to happen, but it did. Thank you to the staff for their support tonight!
