Bidra med feedbackI didn't receive any stick to eat my corn, and there were no hush puppies either. The only positive aspect was that the fish was fresh. I really missed having some cracklings on the side.
I'm not sure if it's a lack of effort or something else, but when I go through a drive-thru with no line and no other customers, I expect to receive fresh food. I used to work for this company, and I would never dream of serving a guest fish that had been cooked an hour earlier. The fish tasted rubbery, and the fries were cold. I might as well have cooked my own meal! Please do better!
My food was burnt, and the fries were old and also burnt, as you can see in the picture I’ve included. This should never have been served to anyone. Everything on my plate should have been thrown out.
The order was wrong, the quality declined, the service interrupted by a male employee telling a female employee to smile. I'm a fan of the food but from now on, I'll drive further to go to a different store.
7/16 830pm. Just left the drive thru after waiting in line for 30 minutes only to be ignored by the workers inside. There was a young woman in the drive thru line in front of me who literally laid on her horn for 15-20 seconds at the window and the workers inside didn?t even acknowledge her. Horrible excuse for business etiquette. If there was an option you?d get no stars. Your employees are a reflection of what you chose.
