Subway - Mableton

The staff here is consistently friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. I come here for a meal every week, and while there's often a line out the door, the employees work well together to fulfill all orders, even when faced with rude and impatient customers. The sandwiches are reliable, and I particularly enjoy Free Cookie Friday. However, today I witnessed a customer make a rather condescending remark to a young girl at the counter because she wanted her sandwich toasted—it's just a cold cut! Despite the rudeness, she handled it gracefully, which prompted me to write this review. I'm deducting one star because, as a vegetarian, there are times when I have to remind them to change their gloves from the meat side to the veggie side, as I prefer my vegetables free of meat juices. The staff is always polite about it, though. Looking forward to my next visit!

I noticed the negative reviews about the poor customer service before coming here today, but I took a chance and went for dinner at 5:00 PM on Wednesday anyway. I'm glad I did! The two staff members—one man and one woman—were fantastic. They provided excellent service, both to me and to other customers while I was dining. The food was fresh and delicious, the establishment was clean, and the music selection was just right. I have no complaints at all!

The manager is doing a great job. They fixed the toaster, which made a big difference. The space remains clean, just as you would expect.
