Bidra med feedbackOnce you've finally placed your order, be prepared to wait up to 45 minutes, regardless of whether you ordered 100 burgers or just one. They have plenty of staff, but unfortunately, they don’t appear to be attentive or aware of what's happening around them; it's like they’re constantly being instructed on what to do. Management seems to change quite frequently. And when you do finally receive your food, don’t be surprised if it arrives cold. Priority seems to be given to delivery drivers, which is frustrating. Just to clarify, this is far from fast food—I've honestly set up a barbecue outside and cooked a full meal quicker than it takes to get through this process. Overall, the hassle just isn’t worth it. This branch could certainly use some improvements, and some management training would make a world of difference.
I just spent 1 hour and 5 minutes in the drive-thru, and I was only one car away from ordering when I joined the line. Once I was in, I was trapped by the cars behind me. It was honestly a nightmare—an hour of my life wasted for food that arrived completely cold. I genuinely feel for the staff, but there were no signs posted, no effort to close the drive-thru, nothing at all (except for the subpar pickle in my ice-cold burger). The management is absolutely shocking. I could have sown the seeds, grown my own wheat, raised a calf, cultivated onions, and made my own burger in less time than I spent waiting here.
I am consistently shocked by the service at this restaurant. I've had to wait over an hour for my order, only for it to vanish from the system once again! The home delivery service has really damaged this place. The delivery drivers are rude to other customers and overly aggressive towards the staff. You need to get your act together! At this rate, we locals might start encouraging each other to boycott McDonald's on social media. I live just a minute away by car, and my food arrived icy cold!
Sat for ages in the (usually VERY slow) drive though queue which didn 't move at all this time !. Drove off and noticed people were stood inside too, no one came out with food while we waited, kitchen problems yet again. Such a shame as the food quality is usually 'good ', friendly staff and most orders correct. McDonalds sort out the very poor efficiency at this place !!
Fast food? Yeah right… 1 hour 20mins waiting for food via Click Serve this evening. Turns out they had lost the order. No sorry. No offer of a refund. No manager or team leader to be seen. Wasn’t just me in the boat. Shower of s !
