Happy Wok - Machesney Park

Visited here today had an amazing lunch, shrimp with mixed vegetables and hot and sour soup.Very seldom do you see a clean Happy Wok with dine in available., this was a first for me in this area of all Rockford and communities. The chef was also very accommodating, I needed vegetables cooked soft and got to choose which one I wanted, and it was a very reasonable price .Thank You Happy Wok ,Great Food

They are always friendly and always have hot and great food. I never messed up my orders. Go there the week.

The young man at the register was great. Asked about my holiday plans while my food was being finished. Outstanding service and good food.

My only complaint is that they often say your order will be ready in 10-15 minutes, but if you arrive 20 minutes later, your food is still not ready—this happens every time! You go in, pay, and then watch as they hastily prepare the items you've paid for. It feels like they wait until they see you at the counter before they even start making your food. It’s puzzling because it seems like they're afraid you won't pick up your order, so they hesitate to prepare anything beforehand. As a result, you often end up waiting an extra 5 to 10 minutes in the lobby after you arrive, regardless of how much time they initially quote you. If I ever pick up my order and it's actually bagged and ready upon arrival, I would gladly give this place a five-star rating!

This is the best Happy Wok I've ever tried! The food is consistently of high quality, and they stay open much later than typical restaurants, which is a great advantage. I also uploaded pictures of the menu since it was hard to find the exact location for this place.
