Exceptional customer service at this location! The staff took the time to be incredibly polite and helpful, even when they were extremely busy. The food was also quite tasty. I would definitely stop by here again for a meal if I were in the area.

Whenever we're in Mackinaw, we always love visiting this KFC. We like to grab some food and then head down to the bridge to enjoy our meal. The service is consistently excellent, and there's an older gentleman there who always brings a smile to my face with his fantastic customer service.

The staff here are amazing—very friendly and cheerful. The food was served hot and was just what I expected from a KFC. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our dinner at KFC, Mackinaw City but what I was actually coming here to review was the great customer service. The elderly man at the register was one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. I loved the way he repeated back to you your order with the modifications, it was in the sweetest way you'll see what I mean if you go! . My mother and her friend also felt the same way.
