Unbelievable staff! Friendly and helpful. A customer service, cleanliness, organized.

Thank you to the bakery AMAZING at Hy-Vee in Macomb, IL! I planned the 90. Birthday party of my mother-in-law (we live in Minneapolis, MN). I talked to the bakery staff about my vision for her heartcake, cupcakes and a full leafcake. Everything looked and tasted fantastic! Thanks again!

My daughter married and the person she had written her cake in the afternoon at 2:30, said her cake was ruined and her wedding was at 3:00. I called the Hy-Vee bakery and spoke to Ellen and she was the most fantastic woman ever, she saved the day. She made us a cake in about 40 minutes time frame, it was a beautiful cake, and it was fantastic. It tastes good. I can't say enough how much we appreciate them over and beyond for us and get us a cake, something my daughter has pictures with, thank you so much Ellen!

We enjoy getting meals from their deli. The selection is large, prices are affordable, and the food is great.

Horrible customer service on Sept 20. multiple employee failures lead to loosing me as customer. complaint made so far no follow up. will post update soon
