Applebee's - Macon

I had my team order online, and when we arrived, I asked the manager if we could eat there. He said it wouldn't be a problem. Our server, Michael C, was really quick and fantastic! Thank you for your excellent service and for delivering our food hot!

Smoke really knows how to work his magic in the kitchen tonight. The salmon, chicken breast, broccoli, and pasta were all outstanding. The seasoning was spot on. I'll definitely be on the lookout for Smoke during my next meal.

The food was cooked to perfection. I visited on December 23 for some last-minute Christmas shopping, and it seemed like all the staff had been paid extra because they were wearing Santa hats and having the time of their lives. The atmosphere was lively, with customers enjoying themselves and interacting with the employees. The service was a bit slow, but considering how busy the restaurant was, I didn’t mind it at all.

Everything was great. My only concern was that I know it was busy, but all foods should have been served at the same time. Everyone on my table received his food in time, but mine almost came to the point that everyone was ready to go. Not only that, but we did not receive our full order. We had to reorder the dessert. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Service was fantastic! We came in around 12 am and it was pretty dead so we were sat instantly. The waitress was great! Quick, informative and on top of everything. The restaurant, including the restrooms were cleanly.
