Church's Texas Chicken - Macon

The restaurant was nice, but only the drive-thru was open. The line was long, and we ended up waiting even longer for our order. We tried the Black Pepper Roasted Chicken meal, which is definitely worth a try if you haven't had it before. My partner absolutely loves it and orders it every chance they get.

I placed my order, but I had to remind the lady three times about my drink because she kept forgetting it. I was also shortchanged, and the food was quite disappointing. The chicken tenders had soggy breading, and I was given only five fries—just five! The banana pudding was strange; it had the texture of blended marshmallows, and it wasn't blended well enough, so I could feel the individual sugar granules. It felt like someone mixed Peeps marshmallows with extra sugar and some wafers. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend this place.

My experience with Churces is always bad, but yet I continue to try. After a 30 minute wait, they were out of half the menu and then I received overpriced subpar food. Fries were some of the worst I've ever had.

I'm not quite sure what's happening, but they have been closed during unexpected hours.

Whew where do I begin....... just by not ever going anymore the service poor as hell they pull you to the front then forget about you and then give you the wrong order the chicken over cooked just a poor choice for me that day b but never again
