Domino's Pizza - Macon

I typically don't have issues with this place, but this time was absolutely terrible! I placed my order at 4:21 PM, and it didn't arrive until nearly 6 AM. The delivery driver took over 30 minutes to get to me, and I live relatively close to the restaurant. I'm really disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

Once the driver left and I set the boxes on my dining room table, I opened them up and was disappointed to find that one of the cheese breads was missing. I called the store, and the manager, a woman, answered the phone. She claimed that I had received five boxes. I insisted that I only had four, and when she asked if I wanted the driver to come back, I confirmed that I was missing my cheese bread. The manager said she would send him back. An hour went by without any sign of the driver, the missing cheese bread, or even a return phone call. I called the store again, and the manager returned to the line, stating that she had spoken to the driver, who insisted he delivered all the boxes. It was my word against his, and she emphasized that she had personally packed my order and double-checked that there were five boxes before the driver left. She then informed me that she would not remake the missing cheese bread or refund my money for it. I mentioned that I had a DVR system that recorded the entire event, and I asserted that I was not lying. After a lengthy discussion about my missing order and the refusal of a refund, she finally agreed to correct the order and said she would deliver the cheese bread to my door in 20 minutes. Now, over 45 minutes later, I have still not received my entire order. I strongly advise against doing business with this establishment—it's just bad customer service!

I placed an order an hour and 45 minutes ago, but my pizza still hasn’t been delivered! I waited for over 15 minutes past the estimated time, and now they've closed.

Love these Dominos. If we want pizza, we'll call her. The parking lot is tiny, but you'll just be there for a minute. They forgot to give me my saying with my order, but I forgot to remember it. People are just people.

Ordered a medium pizza with mild wings . I asked for my wings to be well done (crispy) when i finally got my order my wings were not well done and my pizza looked as if someone has played over it . I called the store and told them my issue and also informed them that i ate one slice . they told me i would have to give the food back in order to get another one .... i had no problem giving the food back until the so called ?manager ? call me back AFTER i just talked to a worker , stating that i would have to give the food back with an attitude as if i was telling a false story . Never again
