Zero stars if possible. I think they got mad cause I didn?t donate to the fireman?s fund. Guess I should have spent the extra .28 cents. A few mins after I ordered a call came in with like 20 sandwiches. Yeah I had to wait till they were done with those before they started mine. Terrible service! 8/27/21 at 11:05am

This restaurant has an amazing team that will make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in! The food is warm and absolutely delicious. Thank you, Firehouse!

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant! The disorganization is frustrating. The staff behind the counter seemed more interested in joking around than focusing on their work. I placed my order online, but when I arrived, it wasn't ready. Two customers who came in after me received their orders before I did. When I asked about the status of my order, the girl at the counter responded with an attitude, muttering under her breath that she hated when people inquired about their orders. I will definitely not be returning to this place.

The food is definitely a 5 for me but it's kind of one of those deals where, if you don't like it you probably ordered something you just simply didn't like so don't take the 4 star rating as a slight. I definitely love the fact they they have one of those freestyle drink machines bc I can actually enjoy the drink I want there. The staff is definitely younger and I'd say less polished but they are still nice enough and do what is required. This particular venture I got the new pizza sub and I was not disappointed. You can't ever go wrong with a meatball sub but then they add the pepperoni on top and it makes it into a cheesier pizza version of the meatball sub. My gf got the hook and ladder and that's always her go to. Will definitely be back as the food is consistent and fresh!
