Kfc - Macon

I placed an order for $43.12 today at 4:46 PM and was told to wait until 5:00 PM to pick it up. However, after waiting, no one brought out my food, so I decided to go inside. When I finally received the food, it was cold. I don’t understand why my family, including my pregnant daughter and her friend, had to eat cold food. I expected the KFC staff to provide fresh meals, but that wasn’t the case this time. I requested a refund, and Venette, who I assume is a manager, processed it for me without offering any apology for the long wait and the cold food. The cashier's name was Nijah.

The food at this restaurant is good, but I've noticed that the prices change every time I visit. I often order three wings with flour, and sometimes it comes with a drink, while other times it doesn't. Additionally, sometimes they say it comes with two sides, and other times just one. I've never experienced such inconsistency with the same item, especially since I go there at least twice a week.

I didn't enjoy the coleslaw, but everything else was good.

They will always stop you before you come to the window and when they let you go up, they will push you forward to keep their time down, but take 20 minutes to get rid of? they are so comfortable

This is one of the most well run KFCs in the country. The staff is always prompt and efficient. The store is well maintained and has a great location near the Interstate. The food is always fresh and hot when ordering and served very fast. Try this KFC and it will be the dtandard for all others you visit.
