Padre Burgos Castle Resort Restaurant

Continuing from my previous review of the Castle Hotel, I must say that the food here is absolutely fantastic! During our stay at the hotel, we enjoyed dinner and breakfast multiple times and were never disappointed. The meals were always fresh and flavorful. Breakfasts consisted of made-to-order eggs, toast, juice, and hot coffee, all of which were delicious. The dinners were especially amazing, with dishes like crispy pork (Lechon), prawns, and grilled or fried fish that were all exceptional. It was evident that Delia, the chef, takes great pride in her kitchen and maintains high standards. Don't miss out on the opportunity to have the best dinner in Southern Leyte at this restaurant!

I recently dined at this restaurant and was extremely impressed. The lobster was cooked to perfection and served with plenty of delicious vegetables and rice, all topped with a light creamy sauce. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic, with the added bonus of a private beach. The owners were charming and the restaurant had an exclusive and classy feel, while still maintaining a welcoming family atmosphere. I will definitely be returning to stay longer next time.

Delia, the talented half of the Warren couple who owns the restaurant, is an excellent cook. Our meal was delicious and perfectly prepared. The prawns were juicy and absolutely mouth-watering, and the vegetables served with them were fresh and satisfying. The service was just right - attentive but not overbearing. Overall, it was a five-star dining experience at a very reasonable price for Western standards.

This restaurant is located at Padre Castle Resort. We opted for the half board option and had some fantastic meals. Delia the Chef/Owner cooks up some wonderful dishes. Service by the staff was also fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. You can opt to dine indoors or dine outside around the pool area. The ambiance is also fantastic with candlelit tables in the evenings. We opted for half board on 2 of our 3 nights and the culinary dishes provided were excellent. Meals whilst not cheap were very good. On the first night we let Delia surprise us with each course and we weren't disappointed. Make sure you try the Kiliwan-delicious. In fact all meals we tried was delicious with no complaints at all.

This is something of a continuation of my review of the Castle Hotel. The food is excellent! We stayed at the Castle and ate dinner and breakfast numerous times. The food was always fresh and delicious. We had great breakfasts with eggs to order, toast,...juice and coffee. Always good and hot! Dinners were to die for! We had Lechon (crispy pork), prawns, fish (grilled once and fried another). All the dishes were excellent. We couldn't have been happier with the selections. Delia really cares for this kitchen and keeps high standards. Do not miss out on the best dinner in Southern Leyte!!!
