Brass Captain Saloon Bbq

I’ve never laughed as hard as I did while watching Denise, the lively comedian bartender at Brass Captain. The BBQ was amazing! The ribs were excellent—I got a free sample and ended up ordering more to take home. The brisket and pulled pork were also delicious. I wasn't a fan of the coleslaw, and the side portions were a bit small, but the chef I spoke with was so passionate about crafting great BBQ and explained the mop they use to infuse incredible flavor into the meats. I love Madeira Beach and the Wednesday Market. I’ll definitely be back!

Bottled beer isn't cold. They don't even have salt at the bar for margaritas. Service was horrible and were very rude. We had to go across the street to get cold beer and much better Service.
