Cold Stone Creamery - Madison Heights

Although I pulled north 3 years ago (1 hour/30min) I'm going to this exact cold stone for 10 years! I ordered the same cake for my son's birthday, as he was 16 years old, I will continue to do this, especially because of the amazing employees they have! Narmeen is especially absolutely amazing!! When I called to order, they had phone problems..I contacted the Sterling Heights Cold Stone Caleb went out of his way to contact Narmeen. who then personally took me to my cell, gave me a confirmation text that she was there before they opened know how far I traveled to see my son for a short time! Thank you for not only fabulous cakes/ice cream, but for a staff, at 2 locations that went beyond that If I could give 100 stars, I would definitely!

I used my birthday BOGO to try the Lucky Charms, and my usual Cheesecake Fantasy!! That Lucky Charms ice cream tastes EXACTY like the cereal! #WINNING!!!

Being not originally from Michigan we are from Arkansas we do not have these where I am from so whenever we tell the kids that we are going to Cold Stone they get super super excited very very good ice cream best that I've ever had and the prices aren't too bad it is a little pricey but it is very good ice cream I like to watch the people work the cold stone. And the staff is very friendly.

Yummy and my ice cream was prepared so nicely with my toppings mixed in and on top! Perfect!

The food was delicious, as always. The staff was decent, but could have been a bit friendlier. It was a bit crowded, yet the staff managed it well.
