Waffle House - Madison Heights

I stopped by this morning for breakfast, and the food was fantastic. The staff was attentive, and Pam, our waitress, was exceptional. Everything was freshly prepared and served quickly.

The service was quick and friendly. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We were very satisfied customers and will definitely come back.

We ordered, take and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes and went to check our order only to say that they were from what we ordered,Poor customer service, they would have let us know instead of waiting for no reason. very disappointed!

The grotten were great! I was in so many whs throughout the country, and this is by far one of my best experiences. breathe fresh air!

I was really disappointed with my experience! I ordered the soft touch with cheese, but there was no cheese at all, and my eggs were overcooked and extremely hard. I spent a good amount of money on a meal that wasn’t great! I feel like I need to keep an eye on the young chefs in the kitchen; they really need to learn how to do things properly. It will be a while before I consider returning. I should call to complain, but honestly, I think the eggs should just go in the trash along with everything else.
