Arby's - Madison

I won't spend my money at any restaurant that won't open their dining room for customers to wash their hands. Chick-fil-A, Bojangles, and Jack's are always busy, so I make sure to support them instead.

On October 20th, we stopped by for dinner at 6:59 PM. Our order was a bit complicated, but Kayla was amazing and kept a positive attitude, laughing along with us despite the craziness. We felt great about our choices. The food arrived hot and perfectly prepared. Whatever the management has done at this restaurant is definitely commendable. I will definitely be coming back!

Arbys is usually a safe bet if I want fast food but this location is just a miss. Indoor seating is still nonexistent which isn't a major deal but still a hassle. But what really was the disappointment was the meat and buns. The buns were borderline stale and hard. The meat had hard or crusty parts like it had sat out. I was so excited but was instantly let down.
