Wish it was open later. Was here after 2pm on a -5 degree day waiting for the completion of a surgery. Parked in parking ramp and too cold to walk anywhere.

My drink was fine, but the barista was extremely rude. She also threw my card on the table after swiping it, which caught me off guard. I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day, but I was very nice despite the barista’s attitude.

My drink was good, but the barista was very rude. She swiped my card and then tossed it on the table, which surprised me. I understand that everyone has tough days, but I tried to be polite despite her behavior.

After my niece’s water broke, she was instructed to go home and return only when she was ready to push, as there were no available beds. They didn’t offer any pain relief and made her feel entirely abandoned. This is her first pregnancy, and it was a truly awful experience. She ultimately had to rush to a different birthing center. I do not recommend this place.

They should resolve the issues with properly submitting insurance claims. Additionally, when a customer points out their mistake, they should promptly return the money that doesn't belong to them!
