Ihop - Madison

I recently had brunch at this restaurant and I must say, it was a very welcoming environment with incredible food. The staff was attentive and friendly, even though they were very busy with a lot of customers. They managed to treat everyone with respect and I could see that they got along like a family. The prices were very reasonable. If you're in the area and looking for a satisfying meal, I highly recommend going to ihop!

If you are going to eat here, just get the pancakes. Pretty much the best thing on the menu. The bacon is not very good. The building needs an update. Holes in the toilet, not very clean.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing and an oreo crumble waffle. Unfortunately, the salad was brought to me with honey mustard dressing instead of ranch, but another waitress kindly brought me two cups of ranch. The salad was also missing bacon and croutons, and some of the lettuce was wilted. The waffle did not come with any cheesecake mousse and was only partially cooked, with mini oreos only in the center. My daughter was given the wrong syrup for her waffle and the correct one was never brought. Additionally, my other daughter's order was incorrect as she only wanted pancakes with bacon, but her plate had eggs on it that seemed to have been scraped off.

This restaurant was absolutely terrible. If I could give it 0 out of 5 stars, I would. The service was awful - we waited for an hour only to be told that our order was never placed. The host was observed coughing all over the food before serving it. I am not sure how this establishment passed a food inspection, but after witnessing what occurred, I didn't even want to eat the food. I would strongly advise against recommending this restaurant to anyone.
