Kfc - Madison

After ordering well in advance at Pizza Hut, only to drive on the opposite side of town to pick it up and find out they never put my order in...but said I could reorder and they'd put me at the end of the line for ordering...and wait an additional 90 minutes, I left and went to KFC. The lady on the speaker was awesome. I had to wait about 7 minutes for my food, but it was all hot and fresh. Nothing was forgotten. It was pouring down rain, so I pulled into a parking space so my toddler and I could eat. After sitting there about 15 minutes, the same lady came out to my car in the pouring rain, just to make sure she hadn't forgotten anything, and we were good. Awesome food. Awesome service. Even better employees.

Ordered a lunch meal online for our crew to be there for pick up at 10:45 a.m. it is now 11:30 a.m. still no order?. Several other orders have been filled and passed us. They are running a lunch rush with liters 2 people! Not acceptable! There priority is to the delivery orders. Don?t get stuck waiting on your food here. It?s a very very long wait??

Finally!!! Nice size fressssh chicken. I mean I had to wait 10 for original..but it was really worth it.. My soul and stomach are pleased tonight! Shame i had to get this service way in alabama!

Kayla was wonderful. She made us feel welcome. They did not have any more wings. So, she substituted legs for us.
