Red Robin America's Gourmet Burgers And Spirits

I was not impressed with the ensenada chicken and sweet potato fries. The chicken was dry and the fries were cold and limp. I live only 5 minutes away from the restaurant and I was disappointed. I didn't realize that the dish came with a salad or fries, as dine-in customers receive both. I will only eat at the restaurant instead of getting takeout in the future.

A quick trip to Madison, looking for a fast lunch before heading back to Rockford. Was thinking about a drive through, but not a great fan of eating in the car and decided instead to pop into Red Robin. Honestly, I couldn't have been more pleased. A fresh tasty burger, hot fresh fries. I swear I was out in under half an hour. Why the heck would you eat food out of a sack and dribble sauce on your shirt. It was a great choice, I'll do it again.

I discovered a hair in the fries, but it was not wet or unpleasant.

Haven’t been here in a couple years. Everything seems smaller and more expensive. Waitress didn’t come back after we got our food so we paid on the kiosk and left.

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent and the staff is very friendly.
